Business Analyst:
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher
2.GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
3.Statistics, Finance or Economics majors preferred
4.Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
5.Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Chinese is a plus
6.Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SAS, R, STATA, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
 
Responsibilities
1.Gather, organize, and analyze information
2.Contribute and execute on multiple projects
3.Provide daily support for departmental operations
4.Perform statistical analyses to support business decisions
5.Contribute to accurate goal setting, clear communication, and precise execution of company objectives
6.Other tasks as assigned
 
 
Market Analyst:
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or higher, marketing related experience preferred
2.Build Solid and Strategic Relationships With Business Leaders and Clients
3.Strong verbal and written communication skills
4.Proficiency with wechat, QQ and MS
 
Responsibilities
1.Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions
2.Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
3.Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
4.Measure Effectiveness of Marketing Programs and Strategies
 
 
 
Super Deal Auto Group is looking for a Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
 
Qualifications
· Customer service manager is open to all bachelor’s degree graduates, the following degree or higher national certificate subjects improve the chances: business studies, consumer studies, management studies, and marketing.
· 2 + years experience in customer service
· Extensive e-commerce background
· Ability to translate skills to other employees through training and mentoring
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
· Ability to work under pressure and ready to take up work of the day/week/month including weekends/holidays
 
Responsibilities
· Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
· Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
· Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
· Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
· Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
· Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
· Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
· Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
· Adhere to and manage the approved budget
· Maintain an orderly work flow according to priorities
